Aaron Groce serves on Invariant's Economic Policy team, advising clients on financial services policy, congressional engagement, and legislative strategy across the economic policy landscape. He brings deep experience at the intersection of technology, capital formation, and financial services policy, helping clients navigate Congress, federal regulators, and the legislative process.

Aaron most recently served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director in the office of Representative Sean Casten (D-IL), where he was the Congressman’s principal policy advisor and legislative strategist. In that role, Aaron helped advance Representative Casten’s work as a member of the House Financial Services Committee and helped secure millions in annual appropriations funding for local and national priorities. Prior to that, Aaron served in the offices of Representative Ritchie Torres (D-NY) and Representative Jason Crow (D-CO), advising on financial services, banking, technology, tax, and telecommunications policy across multiple committee portfolios.
