Adriana Mendez is a member of Invariant’s operations team. She leverages her experience in research, event planning, and multicultural engagement to ensure seamless daily operations and effective support for employees and clients.

• Planning and executing onsite and offsite events for employees and clients.

• Overseeing interns to ensure a professional and efficient work environment.

• Identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to maintain smooth daily operations. 

Before her current role, Adriana interned at Sasha Bruce Youthwork as a monitoring and evaluation intern. She also held multiple leadership positions on her college campus, including as a mentor for First-Generation and Latinx students and as the President of the Latin American Student Association.
