Ana Fernández is a strategic communications and public affairs professional with over a decade of experience across media relations, crisis communications, and integrated campaign strategy. At Invariant, she develops and executes communications programs to help clients build visibility, shape narratives, and advance their policy objectives.

Before joining Invariant, Fernández served as media relations director at UnidosUS, where she rebuilt the organization's media relations function, secured coverage in major national outlets, and supported positioning leadership and Affiliates as trusted voices in national and local media. She previously served as managing director at Vision360 Partners, where she spent eight years leading integrated communications and public affairs campaigns across energy, technology, and litigation sectors. Fernández also brings experience advising trade associations and nonprofit organizations on strategic communications and public affairs, with extensive work spanning the United States and Latin America.
