Annabell Stokes is a government relations strategist and attorney specializing in legislative and regulatory affairs. At Invariant, she partners with health care clients to transform and implement legislative success, while anticipating political trends that could impact strategy.

Before joining Invariant, Annabell served as Counsel for the Senate Veterans’ Affairs Committee, where she advised on critical issues like technology modernization, health care, and veterans’ benefits. She played a pivotal role in advancing policies on telehealth expansion and electronic health record modernization. Annabell also helped launch the University of Georgia School of Law’s Veterans’ Legal Clinic and led initiatives at Paralyzed Veterans of America and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
