Ashley joined Invariant from Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen), where she led the company’s policy function, represented it on Capitol Hill and with the Administration, and built strong internal and external coalitions. She also played a key role in expanding the company’s employee political action committee. Previously, she worked at Roberti Global, advising Fortune 100 companies across industries – including housing, health care, energy, transportation, telecommunications, and finance – on federal policy and regulatory strategy.
