Ben Jones is a member of Invariant's operations team. He draws on experience in public service, education, and political organizing to keep daily operations running smoothly and support employees and clients.

• Planning and executing onsite and offsite events for employees and clients. 

• Overseeing interns to ensure a professional and efficient workplace. 

• Identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to maintain smooth daily operations. 

Before his current role, Ben was a government relations intern at Invariant. He previously directed summer leadership programs for students, served as an AmeriCorps member supporting underserved communities, and led youth engagement for a U.S. Senate campaign.
