Blair Wilson is a member of Invariant’s communications team, specializing in strategic executive positioning and relationship management. Blair leads coalition-building efforts, manages budgets, and executes events that align policy with stakeholder priorities.

Before joining Invariant, Blair worked in political management, including fundraising at a large political consulting firm, managing financial operations for Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (R-IA), and engaging stakeholders at the Republican National Committee.
