Caroline Swann is Invariant’s Chief People Officer, bringing over two decades of experience in shaping strategy, culture, and talent development to support business goals. With deep expertise in workforce dynamics, leadership, and operational excellence, she drives company performance from the inside out.

Prior to joining Invariant, Caroline was senior vice president for human resources at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.  Previous roles include head of human resources for the Republican National Committee, Director of White House Personnel during the George W. Bush Administration, and various senior-level positions at the Departments of Commerce and Housing and Urban Development.
