Charlotte is a member of Invariant’s strategic communications team, where she supports clients in strengthening executive engagement, elevating thought leadership, and advancing strategic priorities in Washington.

Focus Areas 

• Supporting executive engagement and thought leadership initiatives that enhance visibility with policymakers, industry stakeholders, and other key audiences.

• Developing briefing materials, messaging, and communications strategies to prepare executives for high-profile engagements.

• Identifying opportunities for strategic engagement through analysis of policy, public affairs, and media developments.

Before joining Invariant, Charlotte served as a legislative intern in the office of Congressman Donald S. Beyer Jr. (VA-08) and as a congressional relations and communications intern at the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS).
