Claude joined Invariant after serving as both majority and minority communications director for the House Armed Services Committee, where he shaped messaging on critical defense issues. Prior to that, he was communications director for then-Representative Marsha Blackburn (R-TN). Claude began his career in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Legislative Affairs in the wake of 9/11, later moving to the White House, where he led a communications outreach team supporting the Iraq Surge.
