Damen Alexander supports Invariant’s technology and competition clients, leveraging his policy background and communications expertise to help clients stay informed and prepared to engage with policymakers in Washington.

• Developing and executing Washington outreach strategies and fly-ins, creating persuasive messaging that resonates with Capitol Hill. 

• Monitoring and analyzing policy developments aligned with client priorities, with a focus on data privacy, semiconductors, antitrust, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. 

• Delivering strategic and timely insights to help clients navigate a rapidly evolving political and regulatory environment. 

Prior to joining Invariant, Damen worked at the Urban Institute and served on Illinois Governor JB Pritzker’s policy team, where he gained experience in government operations and external engagement.
