Doug Dziak is a Principal in Invariant’s government relations practice who helps clients manage congressional oversight, investigations, and regulatory risk. With more than two decades in policy, politics, and law, he brings deep expertise in consumer product safety, the federal budget process, and executive‑branch enforcement to deliver strategies that withstand scrutiny and advance business priorities.

Doug served as a U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commissioner following unanimous Senate confirmation. He was Majority Staff Director of the Senate Budget Committee, Legislative Director to Senators Mike Enzi (R‑WY) and George Voinovich (R‑OH), and General Counsel on the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. He also practiced energy, antitrust, regulatory, and political law at international law firms.
