Drew Griffin leads Invariant’s Health Care practice group. With over a decade of experience on Capitol Hill and strong relationships across House Republican leadership and key committees, Drew advises clients on navigating regulatory challenges and driving business growth in the health care sector.

Before joining Invariant, Drew served as chief of staff to Representative Bob Latta (R-OH), a senior Member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee. He played a key role in expanding telehealth coverage during COVID-19, removing barriers for Health Savings Accounts, and working with the Food and Drug Administration to strengthen the pharmaceutical supply chain. Drew also worked for Representative Erik Paulsen (R-MN) on efforts to repeal the Medical Device Tax and for Representative Jaime Herrera Beutler (R-WA).
