Emma Baldino works with Invariant's defense and appropriations clients, supporting emerging tech startups in the national security sector. She helps clients navigate complex processes and develop strategies to drive growth and improve their bottom lines. 

Focus Areas 

• Advising on strategic engagement with key Congressional leaders and the Administration to enhance client visibility and influence. 

• Drafting policy and funding request language and managing the NDAA and appropriations submission process. 

• Monitoring legislation and rulemakings relevant to client priorities to ensure timely responses and effective advocacy.
