Eric Rosen co-chairs Invariant’s government relations practice, leveraging over two decades of experience in policy, politics, and law to provide clients with innovative solutions for complex policy challenges.

• Designing and implementing federal policy engagement strategies to enable clients to effectively engage with Congress and executive branch agencies. 

• Navigating congressional investigations and appearances before congressional committees. 

• Building and overseeing efficient teams organized around measurable policy wins and client deliverables. 

Prior to joining Invariant, Eric served as counsel on the Senate Judiciary Committee, legislative director for a member of the House Judiciary Committee, Assistant United States Attorney in the Northern District of California, head of global policy for a multinational consumer products company, and Deputy Director of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Intergovernmental Affairs.
