Evan Smith is a manager at Invariant, leveraging project management expertise and client services experience to support the co-chairs and senior vice president of Invariant’s government relations practice.  

Focus Areas 

• Assisting the government relations practice co-chairs in cross-practice group special projects.  

• Developing collateral ensuring Invariant’s government relations practice groups are well-informed and resourced to meet current and prospective client needs.  

• Tracking new business leads and drafting proposals for prospective clients.  

Previously, Evan supported Invariant’s health care clients, managing C-suite engagement, drafting legislative and regulatory memos, and analyzing key policy issues in health care and education. Before joining Invariant, Evan worked as a business immigration analyst at Fragomen and began his career in Washington with Representative Elaine Luria (D-VA).
