She brings experience across Capitol Hill and the private sector to develop targeted strategies and provide clear, actionable guidance in fast-moving policy environments.

Halie previously served as Policy Director for Ranking Member Ted Cruz on the Senate Commerce Committee, where she led work on technology, consumer protection, and national security policy. She also held senior roles on the Senate Banking Committee, where she worked on major legislative efforts, including the Inflation Reduction Act. Earlier in her career, Halie worked at Meta and also managed international trade priorities for Senator Toomey at the Senate Finance Committee, including during the negotiation of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement.
