Halle Ewing brings a career built at the highest levels of American government. As Chief of Staff to the CEO of Invariant, Halle partners with firm leadership on the operational strategy, internal coordination, and cross-team execution that drive the firm's work.

Halle most recently served as Special Assistant in the Office of Barack and Michelle Obama, where she supported the former President and First Lady on a range of operational and strategic matters. Prior to that, she served as the Associate Director of Legislative Affairs in the Office of the Vice President of the United States and held multiple roles in the office of then Senator Kamala D. Harris (D-CA). She brings a strong background in operational strategy, executive support, and organizational management.
