Jack Schuler is a senior leader in Invariant’s national security practice, with experience in defense budgets, fiscal law, and financial management. Jack provides clients with the expertise needed to forecast and overcome obstacles on the road to securing funding and supporting priorities.

Prior to joining Invariant, Jack led government services and budget policy at The Boeing Company, advocating for greater transparency in defense spending and working closely with senior military leaders and industry stakeholders. He also served as Budget Director for the House Armed Services Committee for nearly a decade, advising on fiscal law and overseeing national defense funding authorizations. Jack held senior financial management roles within the Department of the Army, constructing and defending budget requests of over $250 billion in annual appropriations.
