Jared Soncrant is a seasoned policy expert with more than eight years of experience on Capitol Hill, where he has worked in both the House of Representatives and the Senate. Jared specializes in helping clients develop and implement strategies that meet their objectives and grow their bottom line.

Prior to joining Invariant, Jared served as a legislative advisor to House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-LA), managing the congressman’s energy and natural resources policy portfolio. He also worked as a legislative assistant for Senator Mike Enzi (R-WY) and as a legislative aide for Senator Cory Gardner (R-CO).
