Jenness Simler is a seasoned leader in national security with extensive experience bridging the gap between business and defense policy. Jenness guides Invariant’s clients through political uncertainty, while building credibility in Washington and across the defense industrial base.

Prior to joining Invariant, Jenness served in leadership roles in the aerospace industry, Congress, and the Department of Defense. As the Vice President of Contested Logistics Solutions for Boeing, Jenness also led advocacy for the Boeing Global Services business and spearheaded defense policy issues for the enterprise. Additionally, she served on the House Armed Services Committee for over a decade, including as the staff director.
