Before joining Invariant, Jennie worked for the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA), advocating for the trade association’s member firms on capital market issues, prudential regulation, and digitization. A leader in movement politics, Jennie served as a senior federal policy counsel at the Center for Reproductive Rights for several years where she helped launched a congressional caucus and testified at the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. As an attorney at WilmerHale, she advised global financial institutions on regulatory compliance, investigations, and enforcement actions.
