Jeri brings more than a decade of human resources and talent management experience, supporting Invariant's people operations, workforce strategy, and organizational development.

Focus Areas 

  • Advises firm leadership on talent strategy, performance management, and employee relations.

  • Leads recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning to support firm growth and retention.

  • Designs and implements HR systems, policies, and development programs across the firm.

Jeri previously served as Senior Manager, HR Business Partner and Senior Manager at The Brattle Group, where she advised employees and senior leadership on HR matters including, performance management, organizational growth and change management. She oversaw the global performance review process and partnered with HR team members to deploy a new performance management system rollout. As a Recruiter at Brattle, she managed the global analyst hiring and improved analyst candidate acceptance rates from 65 to 85 percent. Prior to that, she served as Assistant Director of Admissions at American University and Indiana University, directing regional recruitment and building school and community partnerships to support enrollment goals.
