Jessica Hatcher is a creative and experienced government relations strategist who specializes in navigating health care issues. Jessica adds value to established Washington offices and start-ups by translating business objectives into policy wins.

• Providing strategic advisory services to clients on legislation addressing prescription drug pricing reform, price transparency, and the role of private equity in health care. 

• Developing and executing creative strategies to navigate complex regulatory and legislative issues.

Previously, Jessica served as legislative director for Representative Jake Auchincloss (D-MA), acting as a principal policy advisor on health care. In this role, Jessica shaped Democratic proposals to address prescription drug prices and was actively involved in issues ranging from the health care workforce and value-based care to telehealth and pandemic preparedness. She also oversaw the congressman’s appropriations work and his role on the Select Committee on Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party. Jessica also developed policy priorities for the Congressional Progressive Caucus as a senior legislative assistant for Representative Pramila Jayapal (D-WA).
