Jill Courtney is a senior associate in government relations who helps health care clients achieve their goals.

Focus Areas  

• Supporting client work with research, stakeholder engagement, and meeting briefs. 

• Tracking policy initiatives to inform client strategy.

• Drafting memoranda and hearing summaries to advance client priorities.

Jill previously served as a legal fellow to Maryland State Senator William Smith and provided counsel to the Network for Public Health Law. Before joining Invariant, Jill completed a clerkship with Judge Ginina Jackson-Stevenson at the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Jill holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law, where she wrote for the Journal of Health Care Law and Policy. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Anne Arundel Bar Association.
