Jonny Montano is a seasoned lobbyist with over five years of experience advising Invariant’s technology and competition clients. He specializes in crafting and executing government relations strategies that advance client interests while mitigating potential policy risks. 

Focus Areas 

• Developing and implementing government relations strategies on artificial intelligence, data privacy, and workforce development policies. 

• Working with federal policymakers to refine legislative and regulatory proposals on behalf of clients. 

• Translating technology and business priorities into actionable policy initiatives while identifying and mitigating policy risks.  

Prior to working in Invariant’s technology and competition practice group, Jonny advised public affairs and communications clients on emerging technology, federal procurement, and environment, social, and governance issues.
