Bonfitto most recently served as Senior Advisor to U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins and as Chief of Staff for USDA’s Marketing and Regulatory Programs. He also held senior roles at USDA and the White House’s National Economic Council under President Trump’s first Administration, focusing on agricultural policy, biotech, and labor reform. Before rejoining USDA, he served as Director of Government Affairs at the National Thoroughbred Racing Association, shaping legislation for U.S. horse racing.
