Katie Azelby is a member of Invariant's strategic communications and public affairs team. She leverages her experience in government and the nonprofit sectors to develop communications plans for clients.

• Conducting comprehensive research and analysis to craft memos and inform strategy. 

• Leveraging social and traditional media monitoring tools for in-depth media analysis to provide clients with insights into the news shaping their strategic priorities. 

• Supporting all stages of event management to ensure high-quality programming for high-level audiences.   

Previously, Katie worked at a nonprofit focused on diplomacy, where she supported programming initiatives and managed and expanded their social media presence. She also interned at the Government Accountability Office, where she crafted compelling social media and blog content and coordinated media interviews.
