Ken Barbic is a leading strategist in food, agriculture, and trade policy, leveraging political and policy expertise to guide business and executive decision-making. At Invariant, he helps business and association CEOs navigate challenges and prepare for shifting political landscapes.

For the past twenty years, Ken has held senior roles across trade associations, business, and Capitol Hill, and serving in both the Trump and Bush Administrations. In the first Trump Administration, he served as Assistant Secretary for Congressional Relations at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, advising the Secretary and senior leadership on congressional engagement. Before Ken joined Invariant, he led policy and government relations at Farmer’s Business Network and held key roles at the Western Growers Association, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, and the House Ways and Means Subcommittee on Trade.
