As Chief Administrative Officer and Invariant’s first employee, Laura Joshua has helped shape the firm’s foundation and growth. She oversees all contracts and compliance, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to regulatory standards across the organization.

Before joining Invariant, Laura was a legislative analyst at Blank Rome Government Relations and held positions in the offices of Representatives Sam Farr (D-CA) and Nita Lowey (D-NY). She also worked in the Washington office of The Boeing Company, gaining experience at the intersection of government and industry.
