Leoni Foster is a member of Invariant’s National Security team, where she applies her research expertise to keep clients informed and prepared to engage with key decision-makers in Washington. 

Focus Areas 

• Delivering timely updates on policy developments to keep clients ahead of shifting priorities. 

• Coordinating outreach and engagement with policymakers and stakeholders to advance client goals and build strategic relationships. 

• Supporting clients throughout the NDAA and appropriations processes. 

Before joining Invariant, Leoni interned for a justice on the Massachusetts Appeals Court, where she covered hearings and conducted legislative research.
