As co-chair of Invariant’s government relations practice, Lindley Kratovil Sherer brings over two decades of Republican political and policy experience to her work across defense, education, technology, and appropriations. She advises clients on legislative strategy and consistently secures wins in key vehicles like the National Defense Authorization Act.

Before joining Invariant, Lindley served as chief of staff to Representative Elise Stefanik (R-NY), managing operations in Washington and New York and leading successful legislative efforts on veterans and education. She also supported Stefanik’s recruitment work at the National Republican Congressional Committee. Lindley previously served as legislative director to Representatives Todd Rokita (R-IN) and Scott Tipton (R-CO) and held roles in the White House and Department of the Treasury during the George W. Bush Administration.
