Logan Hollers brings more than a decade of experience in climate, energy, and environmental law to help clients navigate Washington, D.C. He combines deep policy expertise with a strong command of the legislative and appropriations processes to craft strategies that deliver results.

Before joining Invariant, Logan served as a policy advisor and counsel to Senator Jeff Merkley (D-OR), working on issues before the Senate Appropriations and Environment and Public Works Committees. He also served as a legislative advisor to Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL), a senior member of the House Appropriations Committee, focusing on climate, energy, and appropriations. Prior to his work on Capitol Hill, Logan was a senior policy analyst at the Environmental Working Group and also worked with the Sierra Club.
