Madison Baker supports Invariant’s technology and competition policy clients, helping them stay ahead of key policy developments and successfully advocate for their interests. 

Focus Areas 

• Monitoring and tracking legislation, executive developments, and regulatory actions across critical policy issue areas, including data privacy, artificial intelligence, and antitrust. 

• Delivering in-depth research and strategic analysis to support and develop tailored recommendations that align with client priorities.  

• Coordinating and facilitating congressional and Administration outreach, supporting clients to strengthen their positioning in Washington. 

Before joining Invariant, Madison served in Senator Jon Ossoff’s (D-GA) office, where she supported the Senate Judiciary Committee portfolio by conducting research, preparing hearing memos, creating briefings, and contributing to legislative materials.
