Matthew Fery helps Invariant’s clients navigate their health care, tax, and trade priorities. With nearly two decades of experience in the public and private sectors, he specializes in crafting targeted advocacy strategies and addressing top House Ways and Means Committee issues.

Previously, Matthew was Chief of Staff for former Representative Brian Higgins (D-NY), where he developed and implemented the Representative’s legislative agenda and maintained key relationships with the House Ways and Means Committee staff. Matthew also worked at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation, where he played a pivotal role in implementing the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act and in spearheading engagement with key external stakeholders to drive policy initiatives.
