Max Whitcomb leverages over a decade of legislative and oversight experience to craft and execute winning strategies for Invariant’s energy and environment clients. Max helps clients achieve results by combining creative and practical strategies to address crises and meet long-term goals.

Before joining Invariant, Max served as a senior advisor to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, where he managed some of Congress' most high-profile investigations and helped shape landmark legislative reforms across a range of domestic policy issues, including energy, infrastructure, health care, and civil rights. Prior to his work with the Committee, Max was a senior policy advisor for former Representative Carolyn Maloney (D-NY).
