Prior to joining Invariant, Megan worked for Hanwha Qcells, where she helped drive visibility for major corporate announcements, managed high-profile events, and supported strategic coordination across subsidiaries. She also worked at AKCG Public Relations Counselors and at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory as part of the public affairs team.
