Morgan Viña is an experienced national security and foreign policy professional. Morgan specializes in helping founders and CEOs in the defense tech industry translate their business priorities into impactful political strategies that drive success in Washington.

• Building strategic alliances and securing champions to influence key stakeholders in Congress, the Department of Defense, the Department of State, and other agencies. 

• Crafting effective strategies for clients navigating the National Defense Authorization Act and appropriations process. 

• Providing clear, actionable policy analysis to help executives cut through the noise and make informed decisions.  

Before joining Invariant, Morgan served as Vice President of Government Affairs at the Jewish Institute for National Security of America (JINSA). She was previously Chief of Staff and Senior Policy Advisor to U.S. Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, and as the Chief of Staff for International Security Affairs at the Department of Defense. On Capitol Hill, she worked for the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, advising former Chairman Bob Corker (R-TN).
