Nathalie Garcia advises Invariant’s CEO on scheduling and strategic planning. She oversees the CEO’s daily and long-term schedule while ensuring coordination with external stakeholders, business development efforts, and board activities.

Before joining Invariant, Nathalie served as Senior Associate Director of Scheduling for Vice President Kamala Harris in the Office of the Vice President and on the campaign trail during the 2024 Presidential Election. She held similar roles for Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Michael S. Regan and Congresswoman Nanette Diaz Barragán (D-CA), bringing extensive experience in high-level executive operations.
