Before joining Invariant, Nia served as a Special Advisor to Vice President Kamala Harris. She was also a public affairs manager at The Walt Disney Company and held roles at the White House Office of Public Engagement and the 2020 Biden-Harris Campaign. Recognized as a rising leader, she was named to HBCU Buzz’s “Top 30 Under 30” list and Business Insider’s list of Gen Z staffers making an impact in the Biden-Harris Administration.
