Rachel is a seasoned communications strategist who leverages her experiences working on Capitol Hill, for a global nonprofit, and at multiple public relations firms to develop key messaging, craft comprehensive strategic communications plans, and engage in media relations to help clients reach a variety of audiences and achieve their goals.

• Working with national security and global defense clients to develop compelling narratives and messaging that resonates with key audiences. 

• Engaging with top-tier and trade press to garner coverage and position executives as thought leaders to increase brand awareness and credibility. 

• Providing strategic advice on communications tactics and media landscape to further clients’ goals. 

Rachel was most recently the communications director for Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), Ranking Member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and senior member of the Senate Armed Services and Appropriations Committees. Before that, Rachel helped lead communications in the office of Senator Tammy Duckworth (D-IL), who also serves on the Senate Armed Services and Foreign Relations Committees. Prior to that, Rachel worked at a global nonprofit and at public relations firms, where she worked on behalf of clients across an array of industries.
