Ryan Dilworth is a Republican government relations strategist with more than a decade of experience advising senior lawmakers on economic policy and navigating the congressional process. He brings deep institutional knowledge of Capitol Hill to help clients engage effectively on complex legislative issues.

Prior to joining Invariant, Ryan served as Chief of Staff to Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne (R-TX), where he was principal advisor and strategist, overseeing legislative and political operations and helping build the office’s policy and communications infrastructure. He previously served as the Congresswoman’s legislative director, leading work across the Ways and Means and Transportation and Infrastructure committees. Earlier in his career, Ryan held senior roles for former Representative Bob Gibbs (R-OH), focusing on transportation, maritime, and infrastructure policy.
