• Providing timely updates on legislative and regulatory developments to keep clients informed and prepared. 

• Delivering strategic analysis and hearing readouts for key transportation, infrastructure, labor, and tax policy issues. 

Before joining Invariant, Ryan worked at a Wisconsin-based government relations firm, where he managed state-level policy issues. He also gained experience on Capitol Hill as a staff member for Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA).
