Before joining Invariant, Ryan served as a congressional intern for Representative Bob Latta (R-OH) and Representative Troy Balderson (R-OH), where he covered hearings, produced research and memos for legislative staff, and supported constituent outreach across defense, technology, and energy issues. Previously, at the National Security Institute, he supported research and programming focused on defense and emerging technology policy.
