Sam Upah is an experienced digital communicator, supporting Invariant’s content studio and helping clients tell their stories through strategic content and engagement across platforms.

Prior to joining Invariant, Sam led digital communications for Rep. Deborah Ross (NC-02) and the Senate Committee on Veterans’ Affairs under then-Chairman Jon Tester (D-MT). Earlier in his career, he worked in communications on campaigns in Iowa and taught English in Iowa and Spain.
