Before joining Invariant, Sean was Deputy Director of Legislative Affairs for the CHIPS for America Program at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where he helped implement the CHIPS and Science Act and advance domestic semiconductor manufacturing. He previously advised Senator Mark Warner (D-VA) on technology, telecom, and immigration policy, served as Deputy Director of Intergovernmental Affairs for former Governor Ralph Northam (D-VA), and worked in government relations at Accenture.
