Steve Weyler specializes in health care and education policy, advising organizations on shaping federal policy to achieve business success. Steve combines legal expertise and storytelling to develop advocacy strategies that drive action from lawmakers and third-party stakeholders.

Before joining Invariant, Steve served as a legal fellow on the House Education and Workforce Committee and worked on the legislative affairs team for the Office of the Attorney General of Maryland. He also provided legal counsel for the Network for Public Health Law. He began his career in labor and employment litigation at a mid-sized law firm. In a volunteer capacity, he advises a national think tank on federal involvement in youth athletics. Steve holds a Juris Doctor with a specialization in Health Care Law and Policy from the University of Maryland School of Law.
