Susan’s government experience includes serving as Director of Public Affairs at the U.S. Department of Transportation, where she led crisis response efforts, strategic communications, and policy rollouts. She also held a senior communications role at the Department of Defense, advising the Secretary of the Navy on strategic messaging and policy initiatives. Earlier in her career, Susan was an associate at a firm in Washington, D.C. supporting internal investigations and regulatory compliance matters. She also held key communications leadership roles on two presidential campaigns.
