Tim Gannon is a seasoned agriculture policy expert with more than a decade of senior USDA appointee experience across the Obama and Biden Administrations. At Invariant, he helps clients navigate Congress, federal regulators, and the policymaking process to advance their priorities across the food and agriculture landscape.

Before joining Invariant, Tim served as Senior Advisor in the Office of the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, advising Secretary Tom Vilsack and Deputy Secretary Xochitl Torres-Small on Farm Bill, disaster, and biofuels policy. A fifth-generation Iowa farmer, he previously held senior USDA appointee roles across two Administrations, including Chief of Staff to the Under Secretary for Farm Production and Conservation.
