Tim Martin chairs Invariant’s transportation and infrastructure practice, leveraging over a decade of experience in Capitol Hill and the private sector to drive impactful advocacy and secure legislative outcomes for clients.

Prior to Invariant, Tim served as a public policy attorney at WilmerHale, providing counsel to clients navigating policy and regulatory challenges. Tim also served as legislative director for Representative Rodney Davis (R-IL) and as general counsel to Representative Scott Tipton (R-CO), handling various issues spanning transportation, agriculture, and financial services.
